Managed payments problem

Problem is i do not currently have a drivers license or passport. So I just put in my proof of age card instead but it did not accept it. However it gave me an option to upload a scan of my proof of age card so I did that but it still keeps nagging me that I need to update my details. Is all my money trapped.
