PayPal funds pending after recent sales - how can I speed release of funds

I'm not a regular seller and so have "yet to meet eBay's selling and PayPal's risk standards." My sales were paid for on 9th December, with estimated date for funds availability being 28th Dec.

I've met all the requirements for speeding up release of funds such as tracking, etc. 2 of the sales have now been received by buyer who has left positive feedback. That hasn't made any alteration to the funds release date.
Not unnaturally I'd like to receive those payments...NOW.

What is the best action to take?

As kopes says.....a phone call to paypal with all the tracking details ready and also point out that the buyers have left feedback.

That should see the funds released while you are on the phone
