I purchased an item on ebay in a buy it now format.It was a second hand couch.

I contacted the seller the following day to try to arrange a pick up time.

the seller contacted me the following day saying the couch was no longer avaiable and that she had refunded my payment.

I see in my paypal account that the refund is still pending.

How long does this refund take till the funds are avaiable to me again?

Depends on your bank.

It will go back to the funding source, i.e. credit card.

It can take 2-5 working days.

Pick up items are always better paid with cash on pick up after inspecting the item.

No advantage for either buyer or seller to use PP in these cases.
