When I try to request money back on this transaction it does not show up on my account 'crus2210' WHY NOT?
The supplied product 'Window vent visors guards for KIA SOUL 2014-17' were not the correct units for this model. I have emailed the supplier several times over the past 4 days with NO RESPONSE at all.
The item has been received but is NOT the correct one as ordered.
I cannot proceed through your claim for a REFUND system, as my account does NOT SHOW UP the above purchase for CAD $42.88 as per Pay Pal receipt 3398-6646-3401-3665.
Frustation, how do I claim back this money on a purchase which is NOT as ordered.
Please advise how to correct this problem.
