Help ?
I have required to be refunded on the item purchased . The buyer has accepted my refund request after he received back the item that I previously purchased from him and then obiously I have accepted the refund received from him as per usual eBay procedure with the message received that the the funds has been already released from his paypal account and the funds should be instantly received and available in my paypal account.
The problem is that I havent received the funds and the money are not showing back in my paypal accoount.
Also , I cannot reach anyone from ebay to assist me on this matter and fix the issue.
The seller has sent me the proof that shows that the refund has been proccesed and the money has been transfered from his paypal account.
I'd appreciate any advice from anyone that had the same experiance in the past.
