Refund

I am confused as to why I got a refund for one of my purchases but I cannot recieve a refund for the exact item and I have been emailed that I am to await a response from the seller yet the seller has not and will not get back to me at all. I messaged the seller almost a month ago and ordered this item over 3 months ago, I will not get this item so where is my money now?

If it is well past the due date, open a case for INR to get a refund.

But keep in mind there are heavy postal delays so best to wait approx. 2 weeks after the due date.
