As I did not receive the goods nor any communication from the seller I claimed a refund , ebay buyer guarantee to which ebay promptly responded however why was I only refunded $424.60 when the cost of the transaction was $436. I had paid via paypal.
Was it from an overseas seller ? If so, a change in the exchange rate would account for the difference.
What is the item number (RHS of the listing page) ?
