I bought these & havent received them wanna request a refund but cant cause they were purchased more than 90 days ago what do i do? i tried everything i could

If you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days from transaction date to file a claim for an item not received.

Or if not, you could try a chargeback through your bank

eBay will not do anything after all this time. The time limit is 30 days past the last estimated delivery date

Contact your bank and ask for a chargeback.

Whether this is successful or not depends upon the T&Cs of the credit or debit card that you used AT THE TIME. Timeframe for charge disputes varies considerably between not only banks (or card issuers), but also between specific cards. It may be as little as a month, but most do seem to offer a longer timeframe. The very most I’ve seen is 6 months (180 days), but more frequently 3 or perhaps 4 months.

Ask your bank. Don’t delay. The timeframe will be transaction–related, not estimated-delivery-date–related.

For future reference, if you have an INR (Item Not Received) eBay Money Back Guarantee covers you for up to 30 days from the latest EDD (Expected Delivery Date). PayPal would cover you for up to 180 days from the transaction date. Credit card/debit card charge will be covered for whatever period is specified in your card’s T&Cs, from the transaction date.
