The buyer asked and paid for two items inclduing postage however in the end only wanted 1 item.
I have refunded her the money through Paypal no problem but how do I:
a) get the sellers fees refunded
b) rest the number sold (I have a mulitple items listing)
c) clear the partially paid section in my sold section
