A seller has offered me to refund my money for a faulty item. I paid for it via Paypal. Seller has asked me for the email address I use for my Paypal account. so he can pay the money in. Is this usual? In thepast, when I have received refunds via Paypal from other sellers, they have never requested any email addresses from me.
Is this seller acting in an ethical manner, please.
