I don't fully understand ebay and have accidentally added the same item in my shopping cart but couldn't work out how to delete the items prior to going to payment area. How do I do this???
I have paid for and received the original item but have now received an unpaid strike but have no idea what I need to do to get this rectified.
Any help would be appreciated
