I bought an item on eBay this week and was shocked to receive an email *directly to my own email account* from the seller. I presume they got my email address from my PayPal payment. This is not right surely? I thought all communication should be through eBay. I guess they are now going to spam me constantly with sales pitch emails. I'm not impressed that paying through PayPal allows sellers to steal my email address. Any suggestions on what to do about it?
