How can i get a phone number to call them to resolve the issue with the seller. This shouldn't happen. I think my "ebay" emails are not getting through, but ebay keeps reminding me to pay. They have the option available for me to pay either by Direct Debit, Cash on pickup or paypal. But I've sent them 3 messages over the week and they are not getting back to me.
I am happy to pay via Paypal but if they dont even get back to me with the bank details or say sorry can't do that then I don't trust this. The person has hundreds of stars though and a fairly good rating with minimal negative comments.
