I responeded to ebay's email about the seller giving me a refund on the dog jacket as a resolution (which is fine) and explained that my PayPal account shows no transaction to activate this refund?? This reply email was sent on May 16, 2018 and I have yet to receive a response from ebay.
Can you please rectify the situation at your earliest convenience. Once this happens, I will then fill in the ebay feedback survey.
