Hi, I recently purchased a pair of shoes from a seller , after I received the shoes, ithey do not match the descriptions , I decided to return the shoes and get the refund, but the seller refused to refund my payment unless I return the shoes which I think is fair enough, but the question is. Does anyone know if paypal has the option for seller to accept the return then refund? like I can put the tracking number in and show Paypal that I did return the item? any help will be appreciated!
