Replying to your advises the transaction in question was made in error due to confusion with E bay fees and iI would appreciate a refund of $47.01 to my Paypal account
if it was a purchase, you are well out of time for an eBay dispute.
You pay the seller, the seller sends. If the seller doesn't send, you open an Item Not Received dispute and follow through. Generally, your money will be refunded.
If it was a sale, you should have cancelled it using the available procedures.
Posting here, where eBay don't read, 7 weeks after the question you are not answering was asked (probably by the seller) is an exercise in futility.
People here are not going to issue you a refund
We are buyers and seller like you and have nothing to do with the transaction
