I have TWO similar cases with eBay & PayPal connection. I had finished my payment; the PayPal status is COMPLETED; the eBay status is PENDING, for 1 week.
- To the 1st case: I contacted the seller and he said that there's no payment. So, I required canceling the order. And now, the status is "The cancellation is PENDING", 1 more week. I've tried to find the button to say that I haven't got my money back, but there's nothing. The only fact is eBay will understand that the canceling is finished if they didn't receive any response from me within 10 business days. OMG, where can I send my respone? I looked at the cancel details, nothing. I searched for the email of customer care, nothing. I searched for the similar questions here, there's some BUT nothing resolved. And now, I don't know what to do to get my money back.
- To the 2nd case: I'am asking the seller to cancel the order. However, I'm not sure that the similar situation would happend or not.
// It's a nightmare to find the support on eBay. Everything would be fine until some problems happend and you don't know where to get help. The Help & Contact section is usefull for common cases. However, for some specific cases such as mine, I don't know what to do, whom to contact.
