I purchase one item on 18th August 2014 I did not get to the pay now portion of my transaction
but for some reason have ended up with 4 payments of the same item for which I only require the item once.
I realise my computer is playing up and your program would not accept mypassword at that time of this transaction even though the password has since been accepted on another transaction today. So not a password problem.
I sent a message to buyer of my problem but I see I am being asked to pay double the amount and dont uderstand why your advice in order I settle this problem would be grately appreciated
