I have waited close to two weeks for payment on an item sold.
The buyer has ignored all emails and on reflection, has received lots of negative feedback about not paying (despite these negative comments being seen as "positives" with the new feedback system)
Anywho I want to open up an unpaid item case, but eBay says I can't for roughly another 25 days.
Why is this? And can it be changed so that I can take action straight away?
