What do I do when a buyer will not acknowledge my invoice and emails about pick up and payment?

I have sold and item last week and sent off the invoice to the buyer.  I have not had any responses and I have now sent them 3 emails requesting they contact me about pickpup and payment.

 

Can you please help me and tell me what I can do from here?
