What is a credit showing on my Paypal account & not reflected pn recipients Paypal account ??

On the 8/7 I refunded my customer a $9.00 refund on overpaid postage, as she had bought an item from each of my sites & I am committed to combining post & refund whenever neccessary. No. of transaction on Paypal site is REMOVED, customer says she has not received this credit & is requesting another credit from me. Can you please help with this problem ??

If the buyer funded her payments with a debit or credit card the refund will go back to that account and will take several days to appear.

If the funding source was a bank account the refund will be in her paypal account and she will have to transfer it manually.

There may be a problem with the refund as you say it is from two different transactions....not sure how that works.
