What should I do when I can't reach the customer when I have a problem after paying?

After the customer purchased the gift card and paid, he canceled it while talking with me. However, the gift card only needs to be sent the code, so I pressed the button that sent it , and in the meantime, the customer requested cancellation, so it was not canceled.
However, after that, the buyer cannot be contacted. I kept sending messages about what to do, but I didn't reply. What should I do in this case?

I would usually suggest trying to contact eBay

 

But given your listings, completed listings and your item descriptions, that would not be a good idea

If you have sent the code you cannot cancel as the code can be used.

And if you explained that to the buyer already then there is nothing else you can do.

The buyer could resell it themselves if they wish.
