This means you're not viewing the item with the same  purchasing ID .

Or do you mean you can't  contact the seller so they can/ in order for them to cancel the order ?

How long did you wait after winning before you tried to Pay?

How long did you wait after winning before you tried to contact the seller?

*If* it was four days or more, there is your answer 

*If * you did not pay by day four, the seller has every right to cancel so they can get their fees back and re-list the items

Are you logged with the same account as the one with which you won the items?

If the seller has cancelled the order then there's nothing you can do, just look at other items that are the same.
