Who to contact regarding unauthorised Ebay/PayPal withdrawl

Hi.

I've just checked my bank account and there's a payment to Ebay via PayPal for an item that doesn't show up in PayPal and I did not make.  The details are not shown on the bank's transaction sheet yet (must wait one business day for that).  Curiously the amount is the same as an earlier transaction where I bought two items from different sellers and paid the combined amount through the cart.

Who/how do I contact Ebay to get this resolved?

You can contact eBay via Live Chat but it sounds like it was indeed the payment you mention in your post, not sure what you need resolved

Thank you for your response. Yeah, sounds like a plan. I think I'll have to wait until I can get a transaction number that identifies the payment. The bank statement merely shows it as a payment to Ebay via Paypal so I'll have to wait the one business day until the details come through. I suppose I could ring the bank and tell them it is a fraudulent transaction and have it flagged at least.
