I am trying to seel a product but ebay won't let me continue as it says that my bank account details need checking or something. I changed my credit/debit card and it still won't work. I don't owe any money. I did not sell my watch which I informed ebay about already. The guy who bought it lived in Melbourne and the watch was in the hock shop so I needed the money first to get it out to then hand it to him. I have since changed my settlings ton only people in Sydney I think. Please tell me what is wrong with my account. Thank you
