I am just trying to purchase a lens for my camera on ebay. The Seller clearly stated that payment can be made either by Paypal OR by credit card. I was trying both cards I have, every time getting a message that the card "cannot be used for this transaction" albeit both have enough funds for the transaction. Can you explain why this is happening?
I WILL NOT use PayPal as they failed me miserably 4 years ago.
Could you help, please?
