Yes repeatedly when going to pay for items with credit card paypal will not accept it and will only take it if you join. Last time they done this ebay said I could, but I could not, this went on for months! The excuse then was at first I had done too many transactions(what about the law), then it was my phone number, then it was ebay and just kept going like that. What about Australian consumer laws that are being broken by doing this?
