Why doesn't Ebay accept Paypal pay after delivery anymore

I have always used Paypal pay after delivery but now the money is debited from my bank account at time of purchase. Paypal states the Ebay has changed its policy in regards to pay after delivery

Paypal is no longer ebay's preferred payment method so I doubt that they would be willing to facilitate anything except a straight payment.

It would be paypal who funded the pay after delivery service anyway....ebay/the seller would be paid in full and paypal would wait for your payment.

I had this problem myself.

It is actually paypal who stopped offering pay after delivery as an option on ebay to all paypal holders.

It can only be offered if the seller wants to do it.

I used it last month, because when you go to check out and look at paypal payment options where it says CHANGE you will see down the bottom pay after delivery.

I use afterpay it is way better and due dates can be changed and there is no fees attached unless you miss a payment which is not possible because they send 4 days prior payment warnings.
