Why have I got message "The ability to link a PayPal account is no longer available?

All running smoothly for years ..... then suddenly  a message that PayPal is no longer linked to ebay.... How do I correct this.

eBay are moving to Managed Payments for sellers, and funds will be paid into your bank account.
