Why is Pay Pal once again making unauthorised payments repeatedly from my account each time to the same scammer:
This issue started over a year back and was finally resolved by PayPal repaying monies to my account.
Now it has started again. Same scammer, same Modus Operandi.
It is still workin successfully, as PayPal is still releasing money from my account to this illegal scammer.
This is an illegal activity: theft via fraud, using my PayPal account.
The scammer is always under the guise of: eBay International AG (AU-AdCommerce-EOM@ebay.com
