From what I can find, demanding a driver's licence in Australia is a breach of the privacy laws. Particularly if there is another option. PayPal never demanded my driver's licence. So why does eBay? Are using it to create a marketing profile that follows you to the grave?? I will be fighting it.

So Addresses, emails, Phone numbers, passwords, sms verification. Not good enough. Yet they operated for years without Licenses and passport id. Just don't Trust an online entity with this info..
