I paid $22US for an item with Paypal... seller sent wrong item, worth around $3.00.... opened a dispute with Paypal ... waited months only to be told that they had decided against my claim... (reason given: that I had failed to respond to a request for more information)... I DID receive an email ... but it did not specify what information it required)... there is NO WAY to follow-up on the case...emails are blocked, phone numbers are unresponsive, ... are Paypal supporting scam sellers now?
are Paypal supporting scam sellers now?
Yes, that is the nature of their business...........................Of course not, (shakes head in disbelief)
If you were asked to respond to a case, the onus is on you and you should have asked what info they required.
With zero response to PP's request, it is no wonder PP closed the case.
Chalk it up to lesson learnt and be thankful it was less than $50.
Most, if not all call centres are closed due to Covid-19.
How is it a scam supprted by PayPalbecause you did not do what was required?
