Why wont paypal just accept a my commonwealth debit card instead of wanting my commonwealth bank account also. . Last time i had a account they kept taking money from my bank account when they were holding twice the amount in paypal this was done 4 times to me without a explanation as to why they kept doing it. Now i need something and only two seller have item and both only accept paypal so i am screwed.
