Wrong item sent. Accept refund for return delivery costs and close dispute?

Currently open dispute for wrong item sent. Seller transfered the shipping amount back to China to PayPal account.

Now the PayPal dispute status asks me a question;

O - Don't accept – show other options

"

BUT this just the postage costs, the actual item I bought is $168USD. They sent me an item worth $267USD.

Which option to choose?

Did you return the item to the seller?

If yes then you are entitled to get back 100% of the amount you paid to the seller.

It might be better call paypal and speak to them to ensure you do the right thing to get get ALL your money back.
