Hi All.. I have been using eBay for a long time and have not had an issue as yet! I bought 10 large drink bottles from China, from a 'Top-rated Seller'.
Instead of these drink bottles I have received 6 very stange minion toys (?!). I have just sent the seller a message querying and to rectify. However I do not have my hopes up in receiving what I ordered!
My question is what the next step would be to get my money back - and I do not want to post the minions back and rely on their confirmation of receipt to get a refund!
