On the 1st June we bought and paid with PayPal an item from mr*homegarden. The blurb said it would be delivered between 7 and 9 days. They mailed it from Brookvale 2100 but claim they have no tracking number. Without a number it is lost in the system. But Auspost says their receipt should have a number and that can be used to track the item. I have checked with our local post office and they have not seen the item.
I have now requested they resend the item already paid for or give a refund.
