I buy item and pay with pay pal and over 2 months i did not received item .what i have to do.

If it's 45 days or more since you paid you can't do anything unless your payment was funded by a credit card. If it was you can try to arrange a chargeback. You need to open a Paypal dispute within 45 days after you paid.
