didnt receive a confirmation e mail after purchase

Hi there, 

               I have made an order online and already paid for it for 5 items but after paying the amount i got a message that " YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED. Your payment was processed, but the result is still pending. please check your email or visit My ebay for the status of the order". After that i checed on My ebay i didnt see any items in which i have ordered in My purchases and also i didnt get any confirmation email from ebay... When i checked my account status amount is deducted from my credit card... its already around 24 hours and still i didnt get any confirmation mail from ebay... Iam gping to attach some screen shots of my bank history and the message after placing an order nad My purchases... please go through it and get back to me and please instruct me to refund my amount....
