I'm pressed for time so I'm sorry if there is an easy soloution wtritten somewhere, or if I'm just missing something here.
I wish to give a discount on shipping. Two items were bought by the same buyer, I wan't to update the shipping cost for the price of only one item's shipping.
There's a field down the bottom when processing the invoice to add or subtract from the shipping cost but whenever I press 'recalculate', it just disapears and the shipping cost is the same. What am I doing wrong?
I struggled with this on some items before. But the seller ended up paying my direct deposit anyway so I told them the shipping discount myself.
