Hi,
I had a request from eBay to make a payment of $51.72 on a recent sale. I made the payment early this morning through my PayPal account but eBay have sent me an email saying it didn't go through but my PayPal account shows that it has!
I've noticed on the eBay email that there is a credit card number VISA XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-8835 which is not what my PayPal is linked to. I've also checked the payment options on my eBay acount and my PayPal account is currently up to date, so I'm not sure what has happened.
If you could let me know how to remedy this issue, that would be great.
