ebay Credit

I receive a monthly account statement, and I have a credit in my account.  How do I get this credit from my ebay account back into my bank account?

You must be verified on both your bank account and personal ID for Managed Payments for a start,

If you have completed that verification, then since eBay sees you as a "new seller" your funds will be on hold.
