Did you fully and successfully complete all steps for signing up to Managed Payments before you listed anything for sale?
All sellers have to sign up, Managed Payments came in almost three years ago, announced two years before that
You will not have been paid funds yet, since you are a new seller, there is a 30 day hold on all funds (as you agreed to when listing)
If they have frozen your account, it would suggest you did not correctly complete sign up, if starting the process at all ?
