30 day holds apply to all new sellers (as you agreed to when you ticked that box saying you had read and understood the terms)
That is assuming you fully completed everything need for Managed Payments, not just 'correcting your card number'
I hope you mailed that book within your handling time
The hold will also apply to your current listing
And future listings until you prove yourself as a seller
And all future sales if you only sell now and then
