ebay site preferences and ebay app select payment method at checkout

Hello looking for some help,

I have my store on ebay and set site preferences to allow bank payments and paypal.

I have muliple customers for years asking for my bank details at POS by email.

I call up to check the ebay system is working and all boxes are ticked so the process works and buyers can see my bank details on checkout.

I have been told everything is in order by ebay consultants.

I have to then manually send a email to the buyer with details to get my bank transfer payment after they request it. 

Is this due to the buyers checkout options being only selected to paypal?

Is there multiple payment options in the set up for a account checkout?

Thanks I am just a seller not really a buyer and its frustrating that i have set my preferences and they dont work and I have to send out emails all the time to complete a sale.
