Hello have purchased a item on ebay and when I go to pay it now section the price is correct to what I agreed to.Log on to my paypal account then the price is increased by $9.95 to $71,80.
This was a buy it now item with a best offer I offered $40 plus $21.85 the seller agreed and placed this total in checkout .
