have not received items

I bought 5 mimicry pet hamsters item no. 370882102652 on the 24th sept 2013, they say they posted it tracking number RC134153900HK on the 25th, but they tell me there was an 'accident' in customs their end, can i be patient and wait for it to arrive..............it is over a month i have been patient and as a friend needed 3 as gifts and required over the last couple weeks...so too late for them now, she has explained to the children they were due to go to...that the presents are going to be late................I paid for them on the 24th sept. how much longer do I have to wait for them?   I do hope you can help   thanks   june2311       Shirley RYan
