hi I have an invoice i think I paid twice can you please advise if this is correct as I would like the amoun to be refunded ..

alsi I sold an item on EBAY my customer paid via PAy pal but payment has not gone in  and on EBAy says payment non recieved what should I do??

People here are simply fellow buyers and seller like yourself, we cannot check nor issue you a refund

You should have the information on that invoice to sell you how many payments have made

It shows you have quite a few sold items , but only one feedback as a seller ,so I assume because of that, eBay consider you a new seller so as with all new sellers, all funds would be subject to the 21 day hold

Did all your buyers pay for what they bought?

Have you got your paypal set up properly for selling?

Do you have the correct and current email address down for your payments to go to?

you should have a prompt from eBay to send the item when it is paid for, if you do not have that, then do not send the item. Even if funds are being held by Paypal, it is still paid and you still get the eBay message to send the item.
