i dont know what to do to get my money back, always have that problems, 3 times at least, contacted the sellers, seek help from ebay, nothing resolved, and i,m not the kind of personal like to leave a negative feedback, soooooo please help!!!
As said above, nothing to do with eBay; open PP dispute and get your money back.
As far as not leaving negative FB, well, that is thanks to people like you that shoddy sellers keep operating on eBay. By not leaving NEGs you allow them to rip off more people.
