I sent an invoice to a buyer but had not noticed they were from overseas. The postage I quoted was shown purely for Australia and all international postage was to be requested for a quote. I have written to the buyer and explained they should have requested a cost for international postage as the amount sent on the invoice was for Australia post only.
I now need to send another invoice to the buyer with the difference in postage but cannot find anywhere that will allow me to do this.
Can anyone help please.
