One of my customers purchased 2 items and the automatic postage calculator for international buyers calculated her postage at $12.80 per item. This was a mistake. I have since changed the postage settings to offer free postage worldwide.
I refunded her the $12.80 for each item. Now, how do I tell eBay about it so I won't be charged final value fees on the higher amount but only on the reduced amount.?
